Hi all:). I faced with an issue that my copter’s ESC temperature raises to 90-100 C in althold that leads to copter crash. From logs I do not see any critical issues with copter’s tuning. Could anyone point me to the parameters/places etc to look at to solve this issue?
Please show your logFile. All other is only guessing

You should give some data about the copter, its weight, ESC type, and a photo of how the things are mounted.

Thank you all guys, copter is totally crashed now:). So no possibility to give any photo for now. Will be back with some photo and additional information when new copter be ready:)
