Hexacopter Z axis up and down

Hi all

I’m testing up a large (MTOW-29kg) agriculture spraying hexacopter drone.
Aircraft details
MTOW: 30kg

Takeoff masses tested:
Empty: 18kg
10kg payload (Water): 28kg

Propulsion
Motor: Hobbywing X6+
Propeller 24"
Battery setup: 14S2P 44Ah (2X 7S 30Ah)

I am facing some issues listed below

1.If i hover the drone it is oscillating Z axis up and down within the limit of 0.8m to 1 m.

Did you tuned the altitude controller?

What Flight Controller is this?
Does the Manufacturer of the craft offer support for the mystery firmware?

Ad says it’s plug and play, no support needed

I see their GCS has an advanced tuning section including configuring Auto Tune.

Put it to work.
And, is this firmware based on old V4.4 like that other craft you have?
