Hexacopter with Arducopter v4.03 copter goes crazy

Hello people,
I am trying to fly a hexacopter with ardupilot v 4.03 with 2 gps modules, one hex here 2 and one pixhawk 4 gps module. I did not build this drone and I am trying to figure out what the problem is. What is the copter doing is strange because sometimes it flies and sometimes it goes crazy and flies out of control. I got a message one time that was saying incinsistent gyros, I am guessing the here 2 gyro is confusing the gyro of the flight controller. I am uploading the log files in case someone can help me, I would really appreciate it.2021-02-23 13-30-33.bin (456 KB)

In this folder I have one log form a normal flight and one crash

Right off the bat I see a GCS (Ground Control Station) error and a GCS FailSafe. The GCS is a computer or laptop that is running either Mission Planner, qGround Control, APM Planner 2, or similar software. Typically the GCS is connected to the flight controller via telemetry radios.

The Gyros are in the flight controller. There are NO gyros in either of the GPS units.

Post pictures of the aircraft that show how EVERYTHING is installed and connected to the flight controller.
