Hexa make some "jumps" in the air on ALTHOLD

I’ve notice that using GPS RTK and copter 4.1.4 present an unstable ALTHOLD behavior.
I’m not sure where the source of the problem is. I’m attaching 2 flight log with this problem. I need to work in guided mode and this problem occur in that mode too.

can someone point me out on what is wrong?

Log 3 and 4 was with RTK GPS, log 5 was with M8N GPS, that last flight works really well.
The jumps in altitude could be seen as motor current spikes.
