Help?

Hi. I recently joined this community for the sake of learning about this. I come with a meager budget of 200 dollars and an Arduino Uno, and a remote control chip from a plane that took pictures. I would really like to throw my money at a plane that is semi autonomous and has a reasonable range and I can view the camera feed through my computer. Where do I start? :laughing:
