Help with PID'S

hi all im having trouble tuning my PID’S.
Build:
quadcopter
29" props
6s lipo 36Ah
arducopter 3.5.7

i tried auto tune but it gave really really low gains on pitch and roll. i’m looking at my Desierd pitch and
actual pitch and i see that the quad oscillates around the desired pitch.
ill upload a picture of my gains and i’m attaching my last flight LOG.
if any one has some tips or insight i’tll be much appreciated.
