Help needed trying to install mission planner on win 7

Getting handler errors tried installer.exe did not work tried missionplanner.exe and used MSI file all did not work I was successful to install on 2 nd computer win 10 and another laptop with win 7. conclusion problem with the one laptop any suggestions.

Win 7 just wont work with MP anymore…
It is a fight not worth fighting.
