Help a Newbie with MavProxy

Hi my name is Kenneth Quiñones. I am a Student on “Universidad de Puerto Rico recinto de Mayaguez”. I am working on a new project and i have to learn MavProxy. I am new in this area. I want to expand my knoledge in this area to help my team and program our hexacopter or quadcopter. I want to know how and where to learn it. Any help is welcome.
