Heliquad uncontrollable YAW

Hi I decided to update my variable pitch quad from 3.3 to 3.69 and start to use the heli-quad native frame setting, but I am struggling to understand what is going on with the Yaw command.
Looks like the RC1 servo output is capped at 1500 as a lower limit during the yaw error
Any help is appreciated

just to clarify, if I will upload the normal quadcopter firmware on the board the Yaw is responding normally and flies really good , but I thought that adopting a native heli-quad firmware was a good idea especially since like that I have an RSC safety implemented,
I suspect that most probably something has to do with my parameters while using heli-quad firmware
