Hi everyone I downloaded the logs from fc but it is not save in .bin format in computer instead it got save in some random format can anyone help me.

You are not using the Methodic Configurator.
The Initial Tune parameters are not set.
The Motor Ranges are at default.
Still no battery monitor or GPS.
The Notch filter is misconfigured as you don’t have ESC RPM available.
From the small amount of attempted hover it would appear that this craft is underpowered/overweight.
Sir even after i do the excel calibration in mission planner this values are not updating in methodic configurator and ready now i’m also following the methodic configurator which lead me to this part.
OK. When the issue changes from the post title then create a new post with a title that is relevant to the issue at hand. This no longer is related to log download.
And, you posted this in Arducopter 4.0 which is very old and not what you are using.
