I’ve been trying to integrate RTK into my drone, but I’m having some trouble.
I’m using a Emlid M2 with a pixhawk 6x and NTRIP.
I don’t know how to explain this, but every time I arm it, it gives me the error: GPS 2 still confirming this GPS. So I tried recalibrating the compass and accel for compass 1+2, and then it gives me a gyro error. So I calibrate the accel, and it finally will arm.
While it’s in air still receiving NTRIP, a bunch of things go wrong. It gives me a warning for thrust, a warning about how it hasn’t received data in a few seconds. So I tell it to land, and it lands about 4 feet away from its launch with RTK.
I’m very unfamiliar with RTK and GPS overall, I’m just trying to make my drone more accurate without buying a 4000 dollar base station.
