is there a wire harness that I can buy that is longer than included for ublox gps?

If it is a 3DR GPS/Compass module with the Hirose DF13 connectors, then you can buy longer cables here https://store.3drobotics.com/t/diyparts?page=6
If it is a clone GPS/Compass then ask the seller where you bought it.
