Glider – rtl - loiter

Test flight today – FBWA very stable.

RTL - Model circles in a rapit spiral downwards

RTL_ALTITUDE = -1 - Target altitude above home for RTL mode. Maintains current altitude if set to -1.
TECS_OPTIONS = 1 - GLIDER ONLY
TECS_SPDWEIGHT = 2 - Pitch controls airspeed and throttle controls altitude if set to 2 (good for gliders)!?

GLIDERS do not require control of altitude and airspeed. They only need to fly stably straight or circle stably! Which parameters can be used to switch off the control of AIRSPEED and ALTITUDE?

LOITER – Model circles with strong oscillation
If half the elevator is pressed and held, the model circles without oscillation!

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve stable circling of the model in RTL and LOITER?
