Is it possible to use the live video feature in mission planner with a CVBS camera connected to the FC/VTX?
Not sure if this is the issue but you are using copter 4.6.0 beta4, which is an older version of firmware.
You should upgrade to 4.7.0 latest stable although this might not fix the issue
You’ll need some way to import the video into the computer. If your goggles or VRX has a video output you can probably find a video or HDMI to USB converter that will do the trick.
