Follow Mode does not work

I tried to make the copter following me (QGC) 10 meters behind…
After switching from Loiter to Follow the copter flew behind me pointing at me. Then I moved away and the copter stayed at his position not moving at all.

Positions seemed to be send from QGC.

After upgrading to 4.0.2 it works again.
