FMU Debug Port Pixhawk 6C Mini

Hi,

I’m trying to set up an echo sounder on my boat (FRAME_CLASS=2) that is able to send NMEA depth data over Mavlink.
Can anyone tell me if the FMU Debug port can be used as a serial port (UART 3 / Serial 6) and the protocol set to Range Finder under 4.6.1?

That’s what the Arducopter Wiki page says for the 6C Mini.

Thanks for your reply but im asking if the debug port on the 6C mini is active as a serial port in ArduRover not Arducopter. I would like to utilise the FMU Debug port as an additional Telem port.

It will be no different with Rover.
