We have built a custom flying wing quad plane (2.7m wing span). we have been testing it for few days. We observed the drone was loosing altitude after quads turned off. we tried changing some some parameters (PIDs / TECS) to make it stop losing altitude. Last flight led to a crash. I am attaching the logs.
