Flybarless passible?

Hello,

I have some experience in building a few multicopters . now I would like to
build up or buy a traditional helicopter.
Now my question, can I use the Apm2.6 for that ??
or do I need to buy a standard one with flybar ?

The majority of people flying helis with APM are using flybarless. And no other flybarless controller is required.
