FIMI Manta VTOL FG board - Moving of Sbus

Has anybody tried to move the the SBUS input for the stock FIMI Manta FC board to another serial port. Because of a bad handling after a nose dive. I ripped the pads off the standard connection for Serial 6 SBUS R2i. I have tried to move to the Serial 2 connection but I cannot seem to get the SBUS to work. I have played around with inverting Rx,TX, swapping lines etc but still no joy. I have set protocol for Serial 2 to RCin.

I could possible solder the SBUS receiver to somewhere else on the board but I have no schematic or board layout information. All I have is the board layout information from (Review: FIMI Manta VTOL Long Range Aircraft - Quick Build and Maiden Flight - Oscar Liang)

Does anybody out there have more detailed schematic information ?

No one seems to be selling these FC boards, not even the FIMI Official Store.

Failing this has anybody used a completely new FC for this such as a Speedybee F4 Wing or mini?

If it’s STM32 F405, then you need an inverter on UART6.

Thanks but that is not really what I asked. I am moving form Uart 6 to Uart 2 so I am trying to work out how to make this work. What settings do I need to make in ardupilot. As I have said I have made many changes but none of them seem to work
