Failsafe Issue: My ESC shuts off Completely, not what I want, help

I am building a Plane Drone with a Pixhawk, Taranis Plus Radio and X8R Receiver.

Everything is setup through Mission Planner and it all seems to work including GPS, GCS link, radios, control surfaces, etc.
I have loaded the latest Plane Firmware into the Pixhawk.

So I setup throttle Failsafe to react when the throttle Pulse goes below 900 or completely to zero. This works!
The mode goes to CIRCLE and then to RTL as it should.

BUT, here is the problem: the ESC goes dead and does not do a warm reboot ( my terminology).
Therefore with no motor, the CIRCLE or RTL will be very short lived as it glides to a crash.
How to do a warm reboot on the ESC???

Thanks

I think I solved the problem. As said above, the ESC never regains control after a radio signal outage.
But, after I did a careful ESC throttle calibration, it now does, sort of. At least it goes into RTL mode and then if I force it back to MANUAL mode, the ESC and Motor are alive.
Essentially , an in-air reboot.
All this needs careful testing.
