Faced a crash on the copter, Need Help

Hi i somehow couldnot take-off the copter and it toppled even well before it could take-off from the ground. Can anyone help me analysing the issue. Here is the log.

Is the motor order and direction correct when tested with Mission Planners Motor Test? Describe the components on this craft and it’s take-off weight (with battery).
