F405 speedybe Config Error: Baro: unable to initialise driver

Sorry can find where wifi adapter, is that the wireless socket on top?

I saw in inav the barometer and other was not configured and thought I could do it in MP but board disconnect when I try to, I now flashed back to inav but now it beeps when connecting usb, should be like that?

The board with the buzzer and the USB connector.
It is called wireless adapter on the SB F405 Wing Mini.
It is called USB Extender on the SB F405 Wing. Sorry for the confusion.

I connected to Betaflight and said also no baro recoginized

Then it is really the end of the story… board is dead. Raise the issue with speedybee with reference to this topic thread, my bet is that they would respond, if not, would be a good idea to post here the results. I am kind of fan of SpeedyBee… So would love to hear how it went.

Connect the FC to an external power source and everything will work. This is a hardware problem with some boards.

Ok, tried differnet 405 still got Baro error

I got this error too, but had to basically replace barometer chip for new one. Not sure if this is some faulty series of boards or something, but for sure not SW bug.

This is a problem with the SpeedeeBee board. I have a lot of them and you have this problem with the barometer, but if you connect external power, not just USB, the barometer works properly. But in general these boards are bad because they still have a problem with the IMU.

The problem is during initialization, like too slow voltage ramp up? So far I did not have problems of this type… Or a voltage level problem? Could be a good idea to test with high quality usb power supply, like raspberry pi.

I had a similar problem with DL receiver and one type of BEC, where the ramp up was too slow and the receiver had 50 % boot success. Once I changed the BEC, it worked always fine.

What IMU problems did you have?

Interesting, connected simple silk radio just to test, select 57600 and read in article that it would appear in com but no new com port appear when plugging in usb antenna. Blinking green so search for other

What board would you recommend instead?

I would suggest an H7 board from Matek or Holybro (Kakute series).

Do these Work with vtol?

Stupid question, connected external power shouldnt you be able to connect USB? Or what telemetry radios do you use?

Any supported board will work for a Vtol if it has the outputs required for the type.

Yes, the problem is more global. The barometer is not loading because there is a conflict on the i2c bus with airspeed.

Is this better SpeedyBee F405 WING MINI Fixed Wing Flight Controller - Speedy Bee

They are almost the same. I am not sure if this a common problem with barometer, or there is a defective batch. When something does not work and is a mystery, I would try completely different board, i.e. maybe it is a good idea to try the mini wing, or try a different brand.
