In need of Help!
Im working on a remtoe control trolling motor porject that will use the Loiter fucntion as a anchor to hold my small boat in a locked position.
I have been trying to trouble shoot an external compass issue for some time now. I have a pixhawx 2.4.8 with an external compass gps module attached. I have the external set to priority 1, and set to use compass 1. After calibrating the external compass dosnt show up in the HUD, and the internal pixhawx compass appears to show up in the hud and show direction. I have also been unable to successfully calibrate the gps/compass module (even outside with a locked gps position).
I have only been able to do the Large Vehicle MagCal, as normal compass calibration gets to 99% and then automatically restarts calibration, i know the wires are good.
I have disabled the internal compass with a bitmask .
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first pixhawx project.
