I’m setting up this system and I want to use ESP32 as telemetry to reduce costs. My question is if it’s possible to use this when using a RTK GPS, more specifically a Here4, since I didn’t find anything online. The board is a Cube Orange.

You would probably get more of the right people looking at this if you had this under a different category. Although you may be using this on a Traditional heli, you probably would want to put this under Hardware. Just a thought.
Yes, it is. ESP32 telemetry can carry the required RTCM MAVLink packets, just like any other telemetry does.
Just make sure the ESP32 WLAN range is OK for your usecase.
