I am using Speedybee 4in1 ESC BLheli32. Dhsot 600.
In the flight I am observing that ESC RPM is getting to zero many times. I donot see any issue in flight performance atleast not visually, not sure of logs.
Can someone please help me in this?

Presumably you are using bdshot? That indicates a lot of corruption on the return path. What flight controller are you using?
@andyp1per Matek h743 slim v3. Yes i am using bdshot

Are you using the BLHeli ESC Telem UART is well? If so try disabling this to see if its interfering.
Which parameter is this? I an using ESC telemetry for notch filter, will that get affected?
This is SERIAL 5_PROTOCOL=16
and SERIAL5_Baud=115
So serial5_baud should be zero?

Try it - if you are using bdshot you don’t need it except for Voltage/Temp
I am getting temperature but not voltage with UART
I will try with this setting any way.
@andyp1per I tried setting
SERIAL5_BAUD=115
SERIAL5_PROTOCOL=-1
still this issue is present.
oh should i set serial5_baud to zero?
@andyp1per I set Serial5_baud=0 and Serial5_protocol=-1
i am still getting that spikes.
Can you please help here

TBH I think you should look for hardware reasons here - e.g. interference in the dshot line. Try dshot300 and see if its any more reliable.

I tried that. But did not help. I have a log of hover test in which there is no such thing is happening.
