ESC Calibration RPM Issues

I am facing a problem regarding RPM issues. So when i did ESC Calibration two motors are rotating at a same RPM and two motor are rotating at a same RPM. Let say at 10% throttle the RPM is 850 for motor A & B and for Motor B,C RPM is 2030. So almost 1000 RPM difference is seen. But at 50% throttle the RPM Difference is 500. We are using T motor Flame 60A ESC and Same T motor MN4112 420kv. And ESC Calibration does what exactly. And each and every time I did ESC calibration this happens. So what can i do to fix this problem ?

How are you running the motors to determine this difference? Use Mission Planner’s Motor Test feature. If you are testing another way, like with the transmitter, what you are reporting is likely irrelevant.

I am using both mission planner and QGC for testing motor. In both the cases i am facing this problem. What should i do ?

So, you are using Mission Planner’s Motor test and with a setting of 50% throttle (or any %) and the motors are not running at the same speed? How are determining this speed?

How are you performing the ESC calibration? The Semi-Auto method from here?
ESC Calibration

Forget about QGroundControl while you are configuring and calibrating. Use it as a Ground station later if you like.

Yes i am performing the motor test by mission planner at 50% throttle and I am using a Tachometer for RPM Measurement. And also i am Doing ESC calibration by the Semi Auto Method like by going in Mandatory hardware and then doing all calibration step by step.
