Drone Toppled While Landing

Hello ,
Last Friday i was testing my hexacopter system running ardupilot firmware (v 4.5.6) and integrated with obstacle avoidance sensor and altimeter both SF30D, while landing the drone toppled upside down completely. I would appreciate if any developer will help me finding the reason of this system behavior.
