Update to ArduCopter 4.5.7 and use ArduPilot methodic configurator software. It will arm fine afterwards.

What keeps you from using that software and fixing the problem yourself?

used QGC sending parameter and log file

its can be not calibration esc, not connecting esc or not setup servo
