Drone landed not facing the home point

Hi All,
We’ve encountered a weird behavior in Auto mode (V4.0.0) - on the last leg of the waypoint mission - the drone didn’t face the home point as it usually does, but done the leg at roughly 90 degrees to right (crabbing).
The logs don’t tell much and it happened twice in the last few hundreds of flights.
From I’ve read WP_YAW_BEHAVIOR should be set to 1, which it is.
Any ideas?
