The rapid oscillation or “shaking” you are seeing in the video—and hearing from the rapid pulsing of the motors—is a classic sign of a tuning or vibration isolation issue. Since the drone moves properly on its axes (left/right, up/down) but shakes continuously, the core control loop is functioning, but the flight controller is overcompensating.
