for the attached video what could be the source of the problem and is it possible that uncalibrated esc could cause something like that, or there is a problem with sensor inside the pixhawk?

Yes, that could be the cause.
Do you know that you can use MethodicConfigurator/QUICKSTART.md at master · ArduPilot/MethodicConfigurator · GitHub to solve these issues faster and safer?
acutely we have calibrated the esc but before this flight when we tried to land the drone but it fliped and landed over the motor, so I think we should have calibrated the esc again before this flight right?
No. It only needs calibrating once. You did some other error. You missed some step in the configuration of the vehicle, and that is causing the issue.
The software guides you step-by-step in the correct and most time-efficient manner so that you do not miss stuff.
You are free to ignore me, not use it and crash the vehicle again.
thanks for your help.
the drone crashed so badly
I am not an experienced user to tell you what happend but i am sure that anyone who cam help whould need the dataflash logs to examine what happend.
@Abdullah_younus even better that that is to make sure the vehicle is configured properly before taking off.
@haris1234_digen the attitude of:
“Build is done, no patience to configure, I’ll just take off and let someone look at the logs afterwards to find out what I miss-configured” is irresponsible at best.
You should configure it to the absolute best of your abilities, then check it again and then takeoff.
Datalog analysis after a crash is not a good thing, your vehicle is already destroyed.
Much better and less dangerous is preventing that crash in the first place.
Don’t you agree? @haris1234_digen
does the IMU temperature calibration a must?
Yes if:
Otherwise you can skip it.
Are you using the latest ArduPilot methodic configurator version? You should.
I can only underline what Amilcarlucas is saying.
He did such a brilliant work with his configurator. I use it now everytime with a new drone and I never miss a thing now.
Thanks a lot for that great tool where you spent a lot of time for and which may surely prevent us all from big damages if it is used.

Harald
@Harald nice, I’m glad it helps you.
Can you post this message, or a similar one on the Methodic configurator thread?
