Drone Crashed because Pixhawk Gave Crashed message

Yesterday, we conducted two quadcopter drone tests. In the first test, everything was normal and the flight was successful.
Before the second takeoff, while the drone was still on the ground and not yet ready to take off, it showed a magnetic field (magfield) error, with values around 120–140 (greater than the recommended limit of 100). After changing the location, the issue was resolved.
During the second test flight, after approximately one minute, the drone suddenly flipped by about 140 degrees. We did not find any errors in the logs, and no abnormal behavior was observed before the incident.
We were using a Pixhawk CubePilot Orange Plus flight controller. In the error messages, it appeared that the Pixhawk itself issued the crash command.

Sure it did, after it crashed. It lost thrust on Motor 3, Motor 4 dropped to attempt to stabilize the craft and down it went. Typical RC output signature for such an event:

Looks like a lot of default parameters, not even the Initial Tune parameters were configured. Battery voltage monitor looks off and there is no current logging.
