Drone acting slow and weird

I have a DJI S1000 set up with a pixhawk, after a lot of tuning I got it to work ‘perfectly’ for a testflight a few weeks ago. After this the drone has been unused until today, when I wen’t back and tested it against at the same place. This time the drone acted extremely sluggish (almost a second delay between controller changes and motor speed changes), and it looked as if it ‘thought’ it was standing on uneven ground (some motors were not moving, the ones on the left side was moving a lot faster then the rest etc).

I have log files from both flights, but I’m not sure what I should be looking for and would have liked some input.

Log file from first (working) test flight: log 1

Log file from second (non-working) test flight: log 2

Thanks

It looks like the copter started up with a lean to the left. It may have been trying to fix this throughout the flight. Unplugging the battery and plugging it in again may have corrected this issue. This normally does not happen.

thanks, I will do some more tests and recalibrate if I have to. If this also explains the sluggish behaviour, what is the relation?
