Latest, could be on the card is 3.2.1.

If you have the choice, do not buy this card (obsolete, no support,…)

Don’t use it.
It doesn’t have ArduPilot support for years.
Time to move on…

you can get f4 controllers that run the latest firmware with everything intigrated for very cheap these days, By the time you got a APM, PDB, power module, osd, bec it would be far more expensive.
there is no reason to use APM anymore.
