I don’t think so. If you don’t believe the flight controller lost power evidenced by logging halted then I don’t know what else to add.
A “GPS glitch or Compass error” is not going to cause a craft to flip in AltHold.
The most likely cause is sudden loss of power to the autopilot. This would cause a sudden signal loss to all ESCs, likely resulting in a strong (loss of) torque-induced moment that could flip the craft.
The actual root cause is a little harder to determine. If battery monitoring is poorly configured, it could be that you are flying too deeply into the discharge state and encountering the “knee” on the supply voltage curve. Faulty wiring could also be the culprit. And of course, we can’t rule out hardware failure or overheat.

I fully agree with what Dave and Yuri are saying. This is not a tuning issue, this is not GPS failure. This is a sudden power failure so the best path forward is to check the hardware.
Hi everyone i just checked today and found out that FC was overheating via powering with USB cable from Laptop. led lights on I/O is working but FMU was not turning off.
Why would you conclude that? Which FMU Led and what happens with it?
