Does APM2.6 allow for reverse ESC's so I can fly upside down

I have a APM 2.6 wired up to 4 ESC’s that allow for my motors to go in ether direction.

When I calibrate the ESC individually through the spektrum receiver they work great. Once I plug the four ESC’s into he APM outputs i don’t get any movement int he motors. Is this an issue with the APM or software?

Anyone know of the APM being used with reversing ESC’s?

APM is not the limit. ArduCopter does not support such configuration.
Reversing is not reliable due to time. Variable pitch could do that.

Tell that to a guy called warthox :slight_smile:…he does some crazy flying with reversing escs. Although collective pitch is faster.

I don’t think arducopter supports reversing though.

let me correct, it should be possible,(apparently it can be reliable) you would also need synmmetric propellers (not common)- but still, Arducopter software does not do that out-of-the-box.
