I am almost ready to order a Herelink for my project. I asked 3DXR how the air unit receives power, and they told me I should feed it with 12V. I read some of the old posts on this forum, and I see that many users have had their air unit blow up when feeding it with 12V. One user mentioned that the Herelink on 5V, shuts down if you turn on a video camera and try to watch the feed on the Herelink.
Does the air unit still have this problem? If 5V is too low, and 12V too high, what voltage should I go for, 8V?
I have a PM07 Power management board. Is it possible to solder the Herelink power cable (and other required cables) to the PM07?
