DJI Tripod Mode?

Has anyone found a practical way to replicate the DJI Tripod mode which limits forward and horizontal speed?
I expect one way is use a LUA script to set LOIT_SPEED to say 3 mph?

I think you should also adjust the break delay and the other loiter parameters which control breaking.
Did you have a look at the flight modes? I think there might be more interesting modes for video than the loiter mode.

Drift or sport might work but can’t find the parameters to reset horizontal speed etc???
