That means Your mass distributions, and as a result props load, is not perfect. If You have more mass on one side of the drone, 2 motors on this side will work harder to keep drone level.
If you have different RPM on one side of drone than it’s CoG, if it’s diagonal than it’s arm twist (propellers not in level) and drone compensating yaw rotation.
