I am organizing the developer meetup in Canberra for March 2019, and would like approval for funding.
The initial funding it to pay a AU$1k deposit to hold the rooms and the conference room for the dates of the conference. Later there will be costs for supplies for a BBQ, plus some miscellaneous costs.
I’d like approval for up to US$1500 for the conference.
