Designing a 15Kg drone that flies for 35 minutes

Hello, I want to sleep for 35 minutes with a 15 kg drone, but my calculations showed that the quadcopter I designed couldn’t exceed 20-25 minutes, and it turned out to be a very large drone. This is a disadvantage for my system; what do you think I should change? Is it possible to design this with a smaller drone?
Propeller: MFC 57x20 Carbon Fiber Folding Propeller
Motor: M13842-38KV + MSC 54x23
ESC: XRotor Pro H200A 24S BLD
Battery: Tattu NEO 30000mah 47.4V 5C 12S1P x2 = 24S

I just threw a few typical things into ecalc.
30 minutes is easily achievable and you dont need to go crazy on the motor and prop size.
ecalc tends to give conservative flight times too.

I built a 5in hexacopter that will fly for 30+ min with a proper battery, it has a c.tun of .21. so yes its possible, my hexsoon 650 frame with small upgrades will fly for right at an hour it has 16in props.
