Default pwm at startup

I have a camera attached to channel 12 of my pixhawk. At 1000pwm it doesn’t start and at 2000 it starts taking pics. Everything pretty much work but sometimes the camera starts taking random pics because the channel 12 it is not initilized. Once in a mission and i set servo than eveything is ok.
Is there a way to have a channel strt with a default value of lets say 1000pwm.
