Deeper Understanding of TECS codebase..

Hi all,
I am pretty much new to ArduPlane…The topic tagging might be wrong as well…Please let me know if that is the case..
I want to get a very thorough understanding of TECS and the codebase for the same..How shall I approach the problem?
