Current setup required for pixhawk2.1 + here gnss

What are all of the current requirements for using the here gnss receiver + pixhawk 2.1 with ardupilot?

Here gnss is rev 1c.

Does the 1k resistor still need to be added to the pcb?

I’m currently using arducopter 3.5.5.

Is this issue still valid on the 3.5.5 arducopter release?

Does the orientation for here need to be set to pitch 180 yaw 90? My pcb does seem to have the ICM20948 on mag position 4.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
