Can I use cuav neo 3 GPS with cube orange ? Connectors are different but if I make my own connector will it work ?

Yes, exactly - change the connector and you are good to go.
I’ve got a CUAV Neo2 (same pinout as Neo3) on a Cube Orange, no problems at all.
From memory the buzzer wire does not connect to the Cube GPS1 port at all, but can be connected to the Cube USB port buzzer pin.
I cant say all these wire colours are correct or original go via the Cube pinout and Neo3 Pinout.
And set:
