Copter took to the sky in Auto mode upon reaching the LAND command

Issue
Copter was flying a standard mission, but upon reaching landing coordinates it started uncontrollably flying upwards, without any sign of errors in the logs.

I can’t see anything strange with the mission, it just never completes the land command.
