Copter suddenly pitched forward and dived into the ground

Was flying around yesterday practicing both poshold and stabilize. During my last flight the drone suddenly pitched forward and dived into the ground. Not sure how else to best describe the incident or what to look at in the log to diagnose the problem. Any thoughts?

Should work now, had to change google drives

This craft is underpowered/overweight. Outputs are hitting max, vibration compensation was activated with clipping events and then thrust was lost on one or more motors. No battery logging and you are running old firmware.
It needs some general tuning also. It looks like you did some manual tuning.
