My Copter takeoff with mode Stabilize, after takeoff 3~5 seconds, my copter suddenly move with big lean angle, and then crashed.

It looks like there was little to no effort put into tuning. On this flight, perhaps an accidental mode change followed by some erratic RC input caused an upset beyond the capability of the default parameter set.
It’s time to either read the documentation and configure it correctly, or use the ArduPilot methodic configurator software to semi-automatically do the configuring for you.
