Controlling Gimbal via MAVLINK messages in Gazebo + SITL

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to know if it is possible to control the Gimbal inside the Gazebo.

I’ve followed the instructions from the ardupilot_gazebo repository.

I’ve noticed that I control the gimbal via Gazebo topics or RC channels, but I wanted to know if I can control via MAVLINK targeting mode.

I’m currently using Copter-4.4.4 firmware and QGC to control the drone.

If so, how can I do that?

If not, how can I go about doing that?
