Control motor tilt when in manual mode

Hello everyone,

I’m configuring a quadplane (custom made) and I would like to control the tilt of the motors when in manual mode (and let the autopilot control it when in other modes) with a potentiometer in the RC controller.

Is there any way of mapping a RC controller channel to motors tilt (like it’s done with rudder and elevator) or use a different mapping depending on flight mode?
